Cancellations

You can cancel your order if this is done in time and before it is sent, by contacting the store by phone or e-mail, stating the number of your order.

Returns of defective products

Regardless of your right to cancel an order under the previous article, you have the right to withdraw from your order if the store breaches its obligations, especially when the product has real defects. The basic condition is to inform the store within 48 hours of receiving the product, otherwise the store reserves the right not to make any form of compensation. If a defective product is found to be found, you have the right not to accept it and return it with the possibility of replacing it with another product of the same category, if it is available or a refund of the money you paid. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them along with the documents, the retail receipt, the card and the packaging that came with the product. In this case, the shipping costs of the new product or the refund are borne exclusively by the store. The refund is made within 15 days from the receipt of the refund to a bank account that you indicate to us. For orders paid through Paypal, the refund is made through Paypal.

Return of products / Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the products you bought, free of charge and without having to let us know the reason why you want the products returned within 14 days from the date you receive them. In this case you will be charged the direct cost of returning the products. The initial shipping costs of your order are non-refundable.
In case of return you are given the following alternatives:

1. Replacement

We will do our best to replace the product you return to us. For better service, we suggest that within 24 hours from the date of receipt, you inform us of your wish. In case it is not possible to replace due to unavailability of the requested product we will contact you proposing alternatives 2, 3.

2. Refund your money

Refund of your money to the bank account you will give us, which will be completed no later than 15 days from the date we receive the products. Note: the cost of the product (s) will be refunded minus their cost
transport.

3. Credit for the value of the product

Credit of the value of the product that you returned to the account you have in our company, in order to use it in your next purchase. The credit will be made within 3 days from the date of receipt of the products.
You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it without being used, the packaging has not been violated and the special markings of the product have not been removed (tabs / labels, etc.).
You can return the parcel with a carrier of your choice. Returned products are at your own risk until they reach us. For this reason make sure that they are properly packaged, can not be damaged during transport and have been shipped to the correct address.
Returned products can only be changed with another item the size of the same season.
The discount items are changed only with discount products and the products that are on offer throughout the year are changed only with products of the same category.
Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products and can not be redeemed for cash.
Returns that we will receive outside the terms of our policy will not be accepted.
Returns can be made with the receipt or the change card in our physical store.
