1. Shipping by courier
The deliveries of the products take place all over Greece through the ELTA courier. Shipping is done the next day from your order. The products will be delivered to the address you have stated between 2-5 days (except for emergencies eg pandemic, natural disasters). Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Caramella Kids bears no responsibility for packages lost because they were sent to the wrong or invalid address, through no fault of its own. Shipping costs are 4 euros. For COD shipments the charge is an additional 2 euros. For orders over 45 euros shipping costs are FREE. Prices include VAT 24%
2. Shipments to Cyprus
Shipping costs are 8 euros by ELTA courier. For cash on delivery, the charge is an additional 3 euros. For orders over 190 euros, shipping costs are FREE. The shipment is made by boat and the delivery is within 7-10 days from the date of shipment.
3. Shipments to Europe and the rest of the world

4. Collection from the store
You can pick up your order from our store Ermou 12, Thessaloniki. In this case the customer does not charge shipping costs.
